What Our Pest Control Work Covers
Last updated: October 2026
Georgia Pest Pros provides residential and commercial pest control services throughout Georgia, including treatments for ants, roaches, spiders, rodents, mosquitoes, termites, wasps, bed bugs, and other common pests. All work is performed under the Georgia Structural Pest Control Act, O.C.G.A.
Title 43, and the Georgia Structural Pest Control Rules, Chapter 620-3, by applicators licensed under Georgia pesticide licensing requirements, O.C.G.A. § 2-7-1.
Some situations require a separate written agreement. Termite bond renewals, structural repairs, exclusion work beyond standard sealing, wildlife removal, and remediation of conditions like moisture damage or pre-existing infestations in inaccessible areas are quoted and contracted individually.
All pesticide products are applied according to FIFRA labeling requirements, and empty containers are handled following EPA disposal directions. Pesticide residues are managed in line with RCRA hazardous-waste rules where applicable, with oversight from the Georgia Department of Agriculture, Structural Pest Control Division. If a requested service falls outside our scope, we will tell you before any work begins.
Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation with an arrival window. We ask that you provide access to the areas needing treatment and secure pets before the technician arrives.
If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice, or properties we cannot access at the scheduled time, may be subject to a trip fee. We will always confirm any charge before billing it.
Weather can affect outdoor treatments such as mosquito or wasp applications. If conditions are unsafe or the product would not work properly, we will reschedule at no cost to you.
If we discover a problem during the visit that changes what needs to be done for example, a larger infestation than expected we will explain the finding, provide an updated estimate, and wait for your approval before proceeding. No scope changes are made without your consent.
Quotes, Pricing, and Payment Terms
Before any work starts, we provide a written estimate based on the inspection and the services you approve. Estimates list the treatments included, the areas covered, and the total cost. For recurring plans, the estimate explains the visit frequency and billing cycle.
Payment is due at the time of service unless a different arrangement is stated in your agreement. We accept major payment methods, and recurring plan customers are billed according to the schedule in their plan documents. Returned payments may incur a fee, which we will disclose before charging.
If the job changes once work is underway additional areas, a different treatment method, or a pest not covered in the original quote we stop, explain the situation, and provide a revised estimate. Work on the new scope only proceeds after you approve it in writing or by confirmed verbal authorization.
Prices quoted are valid for 30 days unless the estimate states otherwise. We do not add hidden fees after the fact; if something affects cost, you hear about it first.
Our Workmanship Warranty
Georgia Pest Pros stands behind the quality of our treatments. If covered pests return within the warranty period stated on your service agreement, we will re-treat the affected areas at no additional charge. The warranty duration varies by service and pest for example, termite work may carry a longer term than a general interior treatment and the specific period is written into your agreement before work begins.
Certain conditions can void coverage. These include structural changes that create new entry points, moisture problems or wood damage that develop after our service, sanitation issues that attract pests, use of over-the-counter pesticides that interfere with our products, and denial of access for follow-up visits.
Warranty coverage applies only to the pests and areas listed in your agreement. It does not cover new infestations from neighboring properties or pests introduced after service. To make a warranty claim, contact us and we will schedule an inspection. We follow Georgia Structural Pest Control Rules, Chapter 620-3, in honoring all service commitments.
Limits of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from services performed is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, including structural damage, hidden infestations in areas that could not be inspected, or problems caused by conditions that existed before our first visit.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, property access issues, or changes in pesticide availability required by FIFRA or EPA regulations.
All treatments follow the Georgia Structural Pest Control Act, O.C.G.A. Title 43, and the Georgia Structural Pest Control Rules, Chapter 620-3, using products applied per their labels. Pesticide residues and container disposal follow EPA directions and, where applicable, RCRA hazardous-waste rules.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where Georgia law does not permit such limits. If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Questions about these limits can be directed to us before you sign a service agreement.

Caleb Morgan
Service Expert at Georgia Pest Pros
I started in pest control around Athens, where humid summers, heavy rain, and older homes with crawl spaces make termite and mosquito work a regular part of the job. I built the company to give Georgia homeowners clear explanations, careful inspections, and treatment plans suited to the property.
